We’re Open…
Spring update (yes it's spring, Mother Nature just hasn’t agreed to it yet).
Renovations are essentially complete with only a few finishing pieces remaining. Covers are up on our backyard beer garden and we’re starting landscaping for a new patio space and stage.
Our retail storefront and bottle shop are open. The kitchen in our new space is coming together and our regular service menu is available. Watch for our special brunch days (Mothers Day, and long weekends).
We’re happy to announce that 100.9 Canoe FM Community Radio BINGO at the brewery is on again and happening every week. We recommend calling ahead (by end of day Monday) to reserve cards and bingo dinner (see our menu page for more details). You can always drop in without a reservation but cards and meals are limited at this time. Outside cards and outside meal options are welcome.
In addition to our on-site bottle shop, you can still find your favourites around the county.

Our Beer
Let’s face it, the swag is fun, information about the team is interesting, but the brewery is really all about the beer! From the refreshing, straight forward Blueline Blonde to our Wee Heavy Scotch Ale, our beers span the gamut and provide a range of interesting options for all seasons and tastes. We will also be featuring some guest taps over the course of 2024 as our production is currently limited.
For those in your group that aren’t fans of malt & hops, we have partnered with Slabtown cider and Sue-Anne Staff winery.
Every great beer deserves a good pairing. Enjoy our fresh menu featuring ingredients from some of Ontario’s best artisanal producers - delicious cheeses from Oxford and Waterloo counties, charcuterie from Il Tagliere Salumeria, West Guilford sausages, pretzels and beer mustard…yum!
In addition to our menu, we welcome food from our neighbours.

BINGO DINNER CURRENTLY ON HOLD while we rebuild our kitchen facilities - Every Tuesday, Haliburton Highlands Brewing supports local charities by hosting the community favourite Radio Bingo. Following the game, participants can join us in a freshly prepared meal. The dinner menu changes weekly and includes favourites like Bahn Mi Sandwiches, Smoked Brisket, Chicken Souvlaki, Smoked Burgers and Sausage on a Bun. Due to the ever-changing availability and price of ingredients, we don’t know what’s for dinner or the final price until as late as Tuesday morning. If you would like to join us for Bingo dinner (our regular kitchen closes at 5pm on Tuesdays) please call us to reserve a spot by noon on Monday.
