LOCAL BEER, SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
Haliburton Highlands Brewing is an award winning micro-brewery producing handcrafted, premium ales as fresh and natural as the Highlands that inspire them! Incorporating local ingredients and operating with sustainable practices are at the heart of HHB.
Our patio is open for table side service including pints & food options. Taproom is closed but our bottle shop is open. When visiting the brewery, please wear a mask. No mask is required when seated on the patio but is required to access our bottle shop or washrooms. You are welcome to place orders and pay for purchases online for instore or curtsied pickup. As you checkout you can select curbside pick-up or shipping. We are working with Swiftpost (and Canpar) to have orders shipped within 2-5 days.

Let’s face it, the swag is fun, information about the team is interesting, but the brewery is really all about the beer! From the refreshing, straight forward BlueLine Blonde to our Wee Heavy Scotch Ale, our beers span the gamut and provide a range of interesting options for all seasons and tastes.
We offer bottle sales, growler fills, HHB logo merchandise, tours and tastings at our retail shop. Come and meet our talented and friendly brewery staff. Ringo – our super cute brewery dog – is available by chance or appointment.
Haliburton Highlands brewing is located at Abbey Gardens. Abbey Gardens is an inspired community project that encourages visitors to think more sustainably about land, food, energy and economy. We are proud to partner and build relationships with local growers, producers, artisans and suppliers.
